Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and returns are handled for CUCKOO products purchased through our website and WhatsApp ageement.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 of Malaysia, customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of ten (10) working days from the date of signing the rental or purchase agreement. During this period, you may cancel your order without penalty.


2. Defective Products & Warranty

All CUCKOO products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is found to be defective upon installation, CUCKOO International’s technical team will assess the unit and provide a repair or replacement in accordance with the official warranty terms.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Installation: If you wish to cancel your order before the product has been installed, please contact us immediately at [+601153445311]. Full refunds are typically processed if the installation has not yet occurred.

  • After Installation: Once the product is installed and used, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective.


4. No Payments Processed on This Website

We do not collect payments, deposits, or financial information on this website.

Because of this, refund and return processing follows CUCKOO Malaysia’s official policies, not the website’s own system.


5. Refunds & Cancellations (After Installation)

Once a product has been:

✔ Installed
✔ Activated
✔ Registered under your name

CUCKOO’s official terms apply.

Typically, CUCKOO products under rental or installment plans cannot be refunded after installation, but you may:

  • Modify your plan

  • Upgrade to another model

  • Request service

  • Request relocation

  • Request account support

We will help direct you to the correct CUCKOO support channel.


6. Defective or Faulty Products

If your CUCKOO product is found to be defective or not functioning properly, you are entitled to:

  • Free servicing

  • Free diagnostic

  • Free repair

  • Possible unit replacement (depending on CUCKOO policy)

All CUCKOO water filters include official warranty coverage, and any defects must be reported to us or CUCKOO Support immediately.

We will help arrange a technician visit.


7. Change of Mind Policy

Because all CUCKOO purchases involve:

  • Technician installation

  • Product registration

  • Rental contract activation

A simple “change of mind” after installation does not qualify for a refund.

If you wish to upgrade or switch to another model, we will assist you based on CUCKOO’s available options.


8. CUCKOO Warranty & Service Coverage

All CUCKOO products include:

  • Manufacturer’s warranty

  • Free scheduled servicing

  • Free filter replacement (for applicable models)

  • Free technician visits

Warranty approvals or claims are handled directly under CUCKOO Malaysia.


9. How Refund Requests Are Processed

  • Notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment

  • We will help you rearrange with CUCKOO technicians

There is no cancellation fee if the technician has not yet been dispatched.
