This Return & Refund Policy summarises how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for CUCKOO products purchased through this website. All requests follow CUCKOO’s official procedures. CUCKOO products come with warranty and after-sales support, and once a product has been installed, returns or refunds are generally not permitted unless the item is confirmed defective, incorrect, or has an issue verified by CUCKOO Technicians. All return-related decisions are made by CUCKOO Corporate.
Returns or exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from customer-caused damage. Installed or opened products may be eligible only if CUCKOO confirms they are faulty. Customers do not need to ship items back, as CUCKOO Technicians will handle pickup once the return request is approved. If an exchange is approved, CUCKOO will provide a replacement of the same model, subject to stock availability.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, customers should inform the CUCKOO Technician immediately during delivery or installation. CUCKOO will assess the issue and may arrange repair, replacement, or warranty service. Refunds are issued only when the product cannot be repaired or replaced. If the wrong item is delivered, CUCKOO will arrange a free replacement as long as the incorrect product remains unused.
Products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been misused, modified, physically damaged, or installed by non-CUCKOO personnel. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after installation, though customers may cancel their order anytime before installation without charges. If CUCKOO cannot complete delivery or installation due to stock issues or technical limitations, customers may request cancellation, and any advance payment will be refunded through CUCKOO’s official system.
Missing parts or accessories discovered during installation will be supplied by CUCKOO at no additional cost. Approved refunds are processed through CUCKOO’s internal system and typically take 14–30 business days, issued through the original payment method. All return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted through CUCKOO’s official support channels. Your Sales Representative may assist in reporting, but CUCKOO Corporate makes the final decision. This policy may be updated periodically, and the most recent version will always appear on this page.
